Dishcloths are my favorite thing to knit. The patterns and color options are endless. I pretty much always have a dishcloth that I’m working on. The great thing about knit dishcloths is that they are a quick and easy project you can work on year-round.

The Colorado dishcloth pattern is simple and easy to follow and knits up quickly. This pattern only uses knit and purl stitches, so even beginner knitters will be comfortable.

The pattern I’m sharing with you today is a classic example of the beauty of simplicity. It’s a combination of knit and purl stitches, with a border formed by the first three rows, the last three rows, and the first and last three stitches of each row.
